Ratcliffe College prides itself on having a forward thinking and dynamic sports department. Sport at Ratcliffe College is at an all-time high and we are looking to complement our department with a Head Tennis Coach who shares our drive for sports provision, a Coach who will work alongside the Sports department.

.The role will involve:

Delivering planned, challenging, progressive, safe and enjoyable tennis lessons
Scheduling weekly private tennis lessons and managing the lesson database.
Updating Students with information or changes.
Supporting the Director of Sport in the delivery of a Coach Education programme
Coaching the tennis teams throughout the year within county and national competitions
Support scholarship recruitment and assessments

We are looking for someone who:
- is enthusiastic and professional
- has a positive and friendly personality
- has exceptional communication and organisational skills
- has good problem-solving skills

Hours of work

April to October half term- Monday’s, Tuesday’s, (11am-6pm) & Thursdays (10am-6pm). Saturday fixtures ( Hours dependent on fixtures)

April to October Half Term- private lessons to be agreed upon with the Director of Sport & Co Curricular.

Summer School – during July 2025
