Head of Athletic Development – immediate start, fixed term to 31/08/2026

This post of offered as a non-resident position working 15.6 hours per week, 34 weeks per year, or a resident position working the same 15.6 hours plus Boarding and Summer School / Immersion programme duties, 40 weeks per year. Full board and accommodation provided for the resident post.

The Head of Athletic Development will lead in the planning, management and delivery of a high-quality athletic development programme. The postholder will seek to offer broad athletic development opportunities to all students, as well as providing personalised support for athletes aspiring to pursue sport at the highest level or who require a period of rehabilitation.
