Ratcliffe College awarded Gold Anti-Bullying Award!
Ratcliffe College has always been proud to be a safe, loving and respectful school and we do everything within our power to ensure pupils learn in an environment which does not tolerate bullying in any form.
We are delighted to have just been awarded the Gold Standard Beyond Bullying Award by Leicester County Council in recognition of our commitment to this aim.
Positive attitudes and behaviours are promoted extensively through our school’s PSHCE programme and Anti-Bullying Committee.
Sophie Pole, Liam Hardy-Smith, Rebecca Dias and Samuel Leake all joined Miss Tiffany Spencer at the award ceremony on 26th June to receive the certificate. The event took place at the Morningside Arena in Leicester and was hosted by County Hall.
Participating students enjoyed taking part in various activities as well as working on some poetry with Giovanni Esposito, a lyrical poet who hosted the event.
