Congratulations to Teagan Rowlinson who was runner-up at the National Stage 2 FutureChef 2019 local final which took place at Loughborough College on the 9th November. She made salmon with a dill sauce with dauphinoise potatoes and glazed carrots; her dessert was a chocolate lava cake. Well done to Kyan Gohill who also took part as one of the youngest contestants, he made steamed salmon with noodles and pak choi followed by a coconut pandan cupcake with red bean.
